Thankfully, your username is your email address! If you are unsure which email address was used when your account was created, please contact us through the support widget in your Stockpress workspace and your representative will be happy to help.

If you forgot your password, simply click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page of your Stockpress workspace and enter your email address. If we have it in our system, you will get an email with a link to reset it.
