When in the ‘all files’ area of your workspace, or from within a specific Collection, you can view your files in four different ways. Grid, Masonry, Tile, or List.
The file view you choose is specific to your account within a workspace. All workspace users can choose the view that works best for them.
To switch between views, click the View box at the top of any page that contains files and select your view.
Grid view
The Grid view shows all files in an equal grid with the same height with details such as file name, file type, and file dimensions and/or size always visible. File actions such as downloading and sharing are available on hover.
Masonry view
The Masonry view will show the true height of your files. Details such as file name, file type, and all file actions such as sharing and downloading, are available on hover.
Tile view
The Tile view shows the true height and width of your files, but in a strict grid. Details such as file name, file type, and all file actions such as sharing and downloading, are available on hover.
List view
The List view will show a small thumbnail with details such as file name, file type, and the file owner, always visible. File actions such as sharing and downloading are available in the three-dot menu.
