With the Stockpress plugin for Canva, you can connect to your Stockpress workspace from within your Canva account and search, filter, find, and add files to your designs with just one click.
To get started, install the Canva plugin from within the Canva marketplace here.
This will install the plugin in your Canva account.
Click Connect from the Stockpress plugin sidebar.
Enter your email address and follow the steps to identify your workspace URL.
Once connected, your Stockpress workspace will load in the plugin sidebar. You can browse your files under the All, Collections, or Files tabs, or use the Search and Filter options at the top of the plugin.
Click any available file to add it to your Canva design. Available file extensions include: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG, MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, and MKV.
Files added to your Canva design can be cropped, edited, and manipulated in any way without affecting the file in your Stockpress workspace.
Using search and filters in Canva
You can search and filter in the Stockpress plugin in Canva to find the file you are looking to use in your design.
To search, click into the "Search from Stockpress" search bar in the plugin sidebar. Type your search term and click Enter.
To filter, click the filters icon and select from: Orientation or File Type.
You can sort your search results by Newest (creation date), Newest (upload date), Oldest (creation date), Oldest (upload date), A-Z, or Z-A - just like in your Stockpress workspace.
