File sizes allow you to create additional image sizes so that your users have more options than simply the original size when downloading.
To add, edit or delete a file size, click on ‘file sizes’ in the settings area of your workspace. To add a file size click the ‘+ add file size’ button. Give your file size a name and set the width and height. You can define only the height, only the width, or both height and width.
If you define only the height as 900 px for the image size, images will be scaled to have 900px as the maximum height. The same applies to the width.
If you define both height and width for an image download size such as 1000 x 1000 px, images will be scaled proportionally to fit inside the specified dimensions. Images will NOT be cropped unless you select the "crop images to the exact dimensions" checkbox. By selecting this checkbox, images will be cropped to have exactly the defined size of 1000 x 1000 px.
To edit a file size, click on the name of the file size, edit the appropriate fields as outlined above and click save.
To delete a file size, click on the three-dot icon to the far right of the file size name in the list view and select delete.
