File filters allow you to narrow down your files based on various criteria such as file orientation, upload date, tags, file status, file type, and more. As an admin, you can decide what file filters are visible to your team.
From your settings area, under the Workspace menu, go to Filters.
There you can toggle on and off the visibility of your filter fields.
If you would like a field to be visible to ONLY admins, make sure both columns of toggles are toggled βonβ.
Your filters will be displayed in your sidebar every time you run a search or from within any Collection by clicking on the filters icon.
Tip: You can change the order that your filters display in your workspace sidebar, simply drag and drop the fields and click save.
