Learn how to view and generate reports on workspace usage, search terms, popular files, and more!

Stockpress reports are available for admin and manager roles in the Pro and Premium account tiers. Access to reports can also be enabled for Custom Roles.

Stockpress reports can be run any time from your reports area by day, week, month, year, or any custom date range.

Reports include:

  • Most active users: Tracks uploaded files, shares, searches, and downloads for an overall activity score.

  • Overall platform storage: This feature tracks total storage by day, week, month, year, or a custom date range to help you gauge your growth.

  • Total number of files: You can see the number of files in your workspace by day, week, month, year,, or a custom date range.

  • Total number of Collections: See the number of Collections in your workspace by day, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

  • Searched terms: See every term your users have searched in your workspace. This report can be very helpful to inform your tagging structure, and also see what your users are looking for!

  • Assets by type: See a breakdown of your files by type.

  • Total number of users: Track how your team is growing by day, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

  • Total number of new users: See the rate at which new users are being added (don't forget—you have unlimited users in every workspace tier).

  • Most downloaded files: See your most downloaded workspace files by day, week, month, year, or a custom date range. Drill down even further to specific tags if you'd like.

  • Shares by user: Track the number of shares in your workspace by user according to day, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

  • Downloaded files: Get an overall report of all downloaded files including the date and time they were downloaded and the user by day, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

  • Downloads by Team: See the total number of downloads by Team by day, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

  • Downloads by users: See the total number of downloads by user by day, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

  • Approved accounts by admins: See how many user accounts have been approved, and by which admins/managers.

  • Collection access: View and export a report of all of your workspace users and what Collections they have access to.

  • Download requests report: (Download requests must be enabled) Track approved and rejected download requests by admin/manager according to day, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

  • Download requests by user: (Download requests must be enabled) Track download requests by workspace user according to day, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

  • Download requests by Team: (Download requests must be enabled) Track download requests by team according to day, week, month, year, or a custom date range.

To run a report, click the More menu item in your sidebar and select Reports.

From the Reports dashboard, you can see an overview of each report. By default, you will see data by month, but you can switch to day, week, or year in the dropdown of each report box.

To drill down further or export the data from any report, click the report's title to access the full report page.

Depending on the report, you will see additional filters to narrow down the time period, download a CSV, or add additional filters to your report. For example, in the most downloaded files report, you can filter the report to specific tags in your custom categories.
