You can use bulk versioning to update multiple file versions at once. A great use case is updating a design package, such as InDesign or Illustrator.

File versioning and bulk file versioning are available in all paid Stockpress tiers; Essentials, Pro, and Premium

Bulk version a Collection with new and updated files

How bulk versioning works

To bulk version files, you will upload a new folder from your computer, into the bulk versioning modal of a Collection. The files need to be the exact same file type and have the exact same file name in order to be automatically updated. Same for any sub-folders. As long as the folders have the same name, the files inside will be versioned. Any files without exact matches will be added as new files to your workspace.

Select bulk versioning from the more menu
