Because one file can live in multiple Collections in Stockpress without being duplicated, you can create private Collections with files from other Collections.

Duplicate a Collection

To duplicate a Collection, click the three-dot icon on any Collection thumbnail and select Duplicate.

Duplicate Collections from the three-dot icon

From the modal, you can:

  • Rename your Collection

  • Decide whether to copy the files inside with it, and

  • Select where your new Collection should live.

First, name your Collection.

Name your new duplicated Collection

The 'include files' toggle will be on by default. This will NOT duplicate your files, but add them to your new Collection. You can find out more about how Collections are different than folders here.

Include files in your copied Collection

Next, choose where you would like your duplicated Collection to live. You can select an existing Collection by searching or selecting it from the Collection preview or create a new one by clicking the '+' icon to the right of the search bar.

Note: Any users or Teams with access to the original Collection will also have access to the new, duplicated Collection. You can always remove them afterward.

Select a Collection or create a new one

Click the duplicate button when you're ready, and your Collection will be duplicated in your Stockpress workspace.
