Log in with Google Business accounts

Learn how to enable Google sign-in for your workspace users.

Written by Jessica

Google sign-in is available for accounts in our Pro and Premium tiers.

To enable Google sign-in, head to your workspace settings and click the Security section in your settings sidebar. From the Security dropdown menu, click on Log in with Google.

Log in with Google

Toggle on Enable Login with Google.

Google login button position

Select your button position. Bottom places the Login with Google button below the regular login fields, and Top places it above the login fields.

Specify allowed domains

Specify the allowed domain names for your workspace. If you only have one domain name (such as stockpress.co), you can enter it in this field. If your organization uses multiple domains (such as stockpress.co and stock-press.com), you can enter them in the field, comma-separated, like this: stockpress.co, stock-press.com.

You can also optionally create new Stockpress user accounts for users who log in for the first time with a specified domain and don't already have a user account in your workspace.

Create new account

With create new account toggled on, no new account will be created if a person is already a user in your workspace before using the new Login with Google button.

For new users, you can select the user role and team(s) they should be assigned to.

With create new Stockpress user account toggled off, only your current workspace users will be able to log in using the login with Google button.
