  1. Collections

You'll see the word Collections a lot throughout Stockpress. Collections are just like folders, only better. They are used to keep your files organized just like folders do, but one file can live across multiple Collections without duplication. Find out more about Collections.

  2. Tags

In Stockpress, you can add unlimited tags to your files to help you (and your team) find them later. In Stockpress, you can leverage AI tagging or create your own custom tagging structure. Find out more about tagging.

  3. Teams

You can create unlimited teams of users in Stockpress to easily grant them access to files related to their business needs. One person can live across multiple Teams, and adding new team members to already established Teams can give them access to all the files they need quickly. Find out more about Teams.

  4. Custom Roles

You can control what all of your users can do in your Stockpress workspace by creating Custom Roles. Decide who can view, edit, upload, share, and more! Find out more about Custom Roles.

  5. Visual Search

Search for the files and Collections you need visually. We generate a thumbnail preview for all file types so that when you search for your files based on tags, you can see a snapshot of your results right before your eyes. Find out more about searching.

  6. Dynamic Filters

Narrow down your search results by file type, orientation, upload date, tags, and more so you can get the most precise file results possible. All Stockpress filters are dynamic, so you will never see a filter available that won't produce results. Filters can also be used independently from the search to filter all files, or from within any Collection. Find out more about filters.

  7. Link Cards

Stockpress isn’t just for files! It can help you easily find and link to external documents and cloud projects such as Google Docs, YouTube, Vimeo, and Wistia videos, or anything else your team needs to reference - all in one place. Find out more about Link Cards.

  8. File and Collection Access

If you want to keep files and Collections restricted to only certain users or Teams, you can use Access. Find out more about Access here.

  9. Share Links

Need to send files out into the world? Share links allow you to send static or updatable links to files and Collections that are viewable to those who do not have access to your workspace. Find out more about share links.

  10. File versions

With file versions, you can add a new version of a file to an old one to create a file group instead of dealing with file names such as file_01.jpg, or file_02.jpg. Find out more about file Versions

  11. File Editions

You can use the Image Editor tool in Stockpress to crop, rotate, and resize images as needed. New File Editions can be saved and made available to all users in your workspace with a click of a button. Find out more about File Editions.
